The Auto Signature feature is located on the Options menu.

The Auto Signature feature automatically appends an Administrator defined message such as a disclaimer to the bottom of every email sent through CMail Server. 

Auto Signature options are set from the Options > Auto-Signature menu. To enable the Auto Signature feature:

1. Click Options followed by Auto Signature.

2. Click Add auto signature to messages

3. Enter the text message that will be appended to each email into the Signature Text field.

4. Click OK.

5. Click File and then Save Settings.
